Yes. All of our stones are ethically sourced, including our diamonds and all other precious and semi-precious stones.
We offer a complimentary ring sizer, which we can mail to your home.
We will be happy to repair or replace any part of our jewelry that is flawed in our creation process. For pieces that have been in any kind of outside accident, we are happy to repair for a reasonable fee.
Yes. We can engrave classic script, serif, or any font type you would like. We can also engrave handwriting or a line drawing.
If not in our ‘Ready to Ship’ section, our pieces take 4-6 weeks, and custom pieces take 4-8 weeks. We are happy to try and accommodate rushed production times for certain pieces, fees may apply. Send us a message to discuss if the piece you have in mind can be produced with a faster turnaround time.
If your order is from the ‘Ready to Ship’ section, it will ship within a few days. For all other pieces, orders are ready to ship in 4-6 weeks.
Yes. We ship anywhere in the world that DHL, UPS, Fed Ex and USPS will ship.
All international orders are subject to duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the client at the time of delivery. International orders that are refused at the time of delivery and returned to Unearthen will have all shipping charges deducted from the refund amount.
Yes. Reach out if you’d like to pick up your order at our shop and we will refund your shipping charges and arrange for a pick up time.
When checking out, through Shop Pay you can choose whichever payment option you prefer including payment installations.
We offer a large spectrum of natural diamonds including Old Mine Cuts, Old European cuts, Antique diamonds and Antique Inspired diamonds, as well as Modern diamonds. We also offer Salt + Pepper diamonds, Raw diamonds, Fancy Colored diamonds and Desert diamonds.
Yes. We offer a variety of lab created stones including diamonds and sapphires for our custom pieces.
We work with 10k, 14k, 18k and 22k yellow/white/rose gold, platinum, and sterling silver. If there is any specific metal you are interested in, please feel free to mention it in your custom consultation.
Yes. We love working with customers heirloom or recently acquired stones and metal. We can remove stones from heirloom jewelry to be reset, as well as melt down and recast most fine metal materials. This can be discussed in a custom consultation.
Yes. We make custom pieces remotely quite regularly. Get in touch with us to book a custom consultation over the phone or via zoom depending on the customers preference.
